The property is really very bad , no maintenance, not clean , they don’t have staff for any services , no bell boy , no staff in the night other then at reception , in this big property only 1 staff in night , who doenst pick call for anything , at 5:30 am I had to go to down at reception for water bottle , for which also he was not ready to give .
Very rude staff , not at all recommended.

There is a good restaurant below the hotel. The meat is grilled very well and is so delicious. The staff very friendly and knows English. They do not know Russian, however there is one boy who knows Russian. Totally no problem with language. The rooms are always tidied and clean. Towels are replacing all the time. Parking is at the back side of the hotel.
