The staff is friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was superb and better even than some of the breakfasts at local restaurants. The room was very cosy they upgraded it to a bigger one without charge! overall a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay in Mardin.The hotel was at the perfect location.In the heart of the Old City.Everything was on a walking distance.The owner Nuh bey and his personal were very kind and they did everything to please is.My husband had a birthday and some friends of us asked Mr.Nuh to make something to surprise him and he organised welcoming with birthday cake and present.They explained us everything about the sightseeings and helped us with navigation.Breakfast was also very good ,everything you need for a Turkish breakfast.
We recommend the hotel and we loved Mardin very much.
