We had a one week booking , our baby got a strong allergy the owner promised us a refund if we checked out but he said he will send it in the end of October
So we checked out
Now after contacting the owner they seem to be lying to avoid making us a refund , we also have pictures of the very bad situation the house was in when we got there that lead to the baby getting an allergy there was a lot of insects and the house was dirty

I am not impressed much with the sightseeing there in Sapanca. I feel Borsa was much better with so many water fall and forest places there. I was expecting better walking areas around the lake, but actually the areas were very limited and doesn't give good space for walking. Also, Sapanca was much warmer than Borsa at the times we visited.

Needs a good Clean and a bit tidy up will do good I wouldn't rate 4 star but more like 2.5 to 3 For the maintenance. Great view 5 Star and Great breakfast 5 start so vie and breakfast makes up staying here.

The place is top in splendor and cleanliness... and dealing with the owners of the villa is more than wonderful and they are a top in respect.. and I thank them for their quick response when I needed them.. The neighbors were also top of morals and respect... and they used to send us iftar and Turkish sweets at iftar time. The month of Ramadan... I really won't rent any other villa in Turkey... Really really, really, thank you from the heart
Beautiful place. I have visited it with my kids. It is a gated place so it was safe for kids to play and be around, was not worried about their safety.
The villa was so beautiful and very well lighted (large windows in all rooms). It has all the basic ammunities.
Staff were so helpful and polite and always available
The lake is within the premises. It was so nice to have a walk, sit by the lake and just relax
