These five stars are the most honest and well-deserved I’ve ever given. Let me tell you why.
I stayed at this hotel twice, both times for an overnight stop. However, my second visit turned out to be quite an adventure. After a long flight from Asia, I was so exhausted that, on my way from the airport, I accidentally left my backpack in the taxi. Inside the backpack were two laptops, which were extremely important to me. To make matters worse, I had another flight the next day, leaving me with just 10 hours to recover my belongings.
Luckily, Egemen was working at the reception that day. Despite his shift being over and him getting ready to head home, he offered to help me. Egemen went with me to the airport, located the taxi company’s management, and managed to identify the car's number. He also arranged with the taxi service manager for the driver to bring the backpack directly to the hotel. A short time later, the driver arrived with my backpack! Not only did I recover my items, but I also made it to my flight on time.
Egemen truly saved the day. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond left an unforgettable impression on me.
As for the hotel itself, it’s brand new, with spotless rooms and modern furniture. The location is another major advantage: it’s conveniently close to the airport, making it perfect for layovers. The area also has plenty of supermarkets and several good, affordable restaurants. For instance, I really enjoyed having breakfast at Pendik Belediyesi Güzelyalı Sosyal Tesisleri, which I highly recommend.
To sum up, this hotel combines excellent service, a convenient location, and great comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This property is amazing. Staff were so lovely and nice and really accommodated me, especially with the 24 hour receptionist. it’s fairly new so there isn’t a rating but I would honestly rate it 4.5 stars. I loved it here. The facilities are completely modern and clean. I will now be staying here everytime I come for a short trip to İstanbul.
Very cozy and clean room with a comfortable bed and everything you need for your stay. The staff is very kind and friendly. Also, the location is good, close to the airport (max 15 min by car). I highly recommend this hotel.
