The communication between us and our host despite the language barrier was good. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. The location was closer to the town than we had wished, however this wasn't a problem as it wasn't too noisy. Although we didn't use the pool it was well maintained too. The property had a small shared covered courtyard which was lovely to sit out and eat or just have a drink and read. It's less than a mile to the beautiful public beach. The cost of entry into the public beach was 20 Turkish Lira and the hire of two sun loungers and an umbrella was 150 Turkish Lira. The park had toilets, showers and an excellent cafe. We would definitely book Iberia Villa's again.

We liked the tranquility of it all away from the hustle n bussle. But with the option of just being a boat ride away from it if we wanted to. We chose not to. We had everything we needed lovely home grown home cooked food and wine. Would highly recommend

We stayed in Dalyan, which is a peaceful and beautiful place. Don't make the mistake of staying in Ortaca itself; though close to Dalyan (and, weirdly, lumped together on Booking.com) it is more developed and not nearly as nice.
