I like how staff was always helpful and resolved all issues as soon as they appeared (wonderful reception). It's my second time there and It's the second time I find it to be an enjoyable experience.
Worth mentioning kitchen as there's always a wide selection of diverse dishes that are fresh and of good quality. Deserts are sublime (yet I wish I could resist the temptation).
SPA is also great, very helpful and polite reception, I enjoyed massage very much. Sauna and steam bath are always well kept and clean.
I like how the gym is also renovated - plenty of new equipment, and I think it got bigger since last time I saw it 2 yrs ago - keep it up, great job!

I was with my 5 ears old son, the hotel was clean, food and beverage around the clock. The water park was excellent, only one slide didn't work . The shuttle bus comes every 5 minutes. The shows in the evening wasn't interesting for us except the Circus that was great . I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Everything is excellent, I was soo stressed from my work. After this trip I feel like a new born baby. Hotel is amazing, stuff is soo friendly. Food was yummy and so many entertainments such as a club, SPA, bar, shops whatever you need for the long awaited vocation. I have visited end of November, so I missed rain a loooot. However, your vocation depends who you go with. Lackily my friend is sooo crazy :), so we had so much fun. unfortunatly I dont have much photos, I was too drunk to take a photos)

Amazing choice of food and drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Each meal had a different theme and very delicious food. You could choose from a variety of drinks from the bar, with no limit.
The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. It was possible to order food for the room, even late at night and the mini bar was re-stacked frequently. The room had everything that was needed and anything not there could be ordered to the room.
The private beach, with a bar nearby was quite enjoyable.
In front of the reception, there is the guest relations with very friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. We especially recommend going with Elmira, who truly went out of her way to make sure this trip was flawless for us.

All the meals, desserts, and drinks were amazing. The room was so clean regarding bed sheets and toiletries and was full of complementary items. Room service was quick enough even during the night and midnights. Our balcony's view was fascinating and beautiful. The spa centre was nice, and we had many massages in there; although came with an extra charge, it was very professional and relaxing and was worth it.

Evening entertainment was superb, with various different acts performing to a high standard. We booked a cabana for the day which was a lovely treat down by the beachfront. Food was excellent with all appetites catered for. Rooms spacious with loads of hanging and drawer space.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Lara
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Lara, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, nothing was as advertised. The pictures and descriptions online were very deceiving, and the reality was far from what was promised.
The breakfast was particularly bad—just a basic fried egg with very minimal options. On several mornings, there wasn't even enough food to go around. The dishes were dirty, and there were too many flies around the food area, making the experience even worse. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning units were leaking, causing damp walls throughout the room. To make matters worse, the doors didn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the electricity kept going off for hours at a time, leaving us without Wi-Fi or air conditioning, which was unbearable in the heat.
Overall, my stay at Lara was terrible, and I did not enjoy a single aspect of it. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

I am not usually an all inclusive resort person as I have had a few bad experiences in the past with these in regard to quality and service. However IC hotel Green Palace was just fantastic! Our kids enjoyed the pools, aqua park (note the large aqua park is from 10 yrs old only) but there is a smaller aqua play area with a small slide just next door. The food was of the highest quality too, fresh options daily and I loved their salad bar which I could just pick and choose and make up my own dressings at. There was such a wide selection for vegetarians and vegans. The local wine was surprisingly good and good quality spirits were always used for the cocktails, which was especially lovely when delivered poolside by the butler in the rollerblades. It's a beautiful environment and the animation team did their best to keep the kids entertained , especially at the kids disco in the evening. I would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends and come back for an effortless relaxing holiday.

Lovely resort with exceptional staff and fabulous food options! This was our second stay with them and flawless service as before. The staff go above and beyond to help you. My husband was a little unwell on the last day and Tugba and the other staff really went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable. Love this place and cannot wait to go back

We stayed in Ramada and Baia Lara both on each side of the Lara Beach area. All inclusive options and the best way to go as there are not that many places to eat and they all do the same cuisine. Easy to travel around by taxi or u can hire a bike per hour which can comfortably sit 4 people or a quad bike. If u want to go in to the city just use a bus which is a 30 minute journey. The shopping is disappointing as every other shop is exactly the same selling fake designer clothing or souvenirs for tourists. There are also lots of excursion tour operators outside of the hotels offering different excursions. We found Golpon Travel agency near Ramada resort lara reasonable and the operators name Sercan and Carlos a great help in choosing the right ones foe the length of stay we had. We'll recommend this place to anyone. Sercan also organised a private transfer to the airport for my family. A fantastic person and a great help indeed.

Great set up, service ok, checking in a little confusing. When we entered our duplex there were three single beds on the 2nd floor....why I do not know, there were four people, we asked them to move the third bed, they were not to happy? Food is awful, we ate out four of the seven nights that we booked the hotel? We would never recommend or go back to this hotel.

Not knowing where to start, I flew with my wife for the first time to Turkey where we decided to spend our moon thing about two months after the wedding. We closed 5 nights to stay, first they are formulating nice packages, complained a lot about the WI-FI, it was just bad, we could not even send a message on WhatsApp.
With all their "attempts" to improve or fix it really did not help and the whole trip we were completely disconnected!
What self-respecting hotel does not maintain its wireless network ?! It's basic!
All of the staff were very nice, the room keepers (Gul) she was very polite. The waiter (Diren Erenler) he was very active I see him everywhere I love this guy very nice man.
Food were brilliant, in the hotel I don't find a single issue nothing its lovely lovely lovely.
My stay was 5days and moved to Aska Lara for the rest of my holiday (we are depressed) As the quality are so poor here, staff are unprofessional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This hotel is spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is great - lots of variety every day. The beach is lovely and clean. The entertainment team works really hard, and it is plenty to do for the whole family every day. Huge thanks to the kids club!
