Excellent location, very quiet and secure. The room was very comfortable, and included a small kitchenette and seating area and had a very efficient AC unit in the bedroom. The best thing, though, was a washing machine to do laundry! Plus, the lovely staff member at the front desk was very helpful.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower with excellent pressure and lots of hot water.
Location is a short walk from the waterfront, restaurants and bars and there are supermarkets next door. It is a very quiet neighborhood at night. However, you may hear some noise if your next door neighbor listens to TV at high volume because the TV is bolted to the shared wall.
Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and very helpful, especially since they can speak English.
Best of all, there is dedicated parking right outside the hotel, meaning you don't have to search for a spot.
