First of all, it is a perfect hotel for those who want to have a holiday in a quiet environment. You feel like you are in your private villa with a pool. The cleanliness is top notch. Since it is a boutique hotel, the pool is almost right next to the rooms you will stay in. There are balconies in the rooms, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy your holiday by the pool under the moonlight at night. It has a quiet and peaceful environment. The breakfast is satisfying, there are also very delicious pastries cooked freshly for çbreakfast. The cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's pool is done every day. Although the hotel employee Olena is always very serious while working, she is also interested in her customers and helps them solve their problems. You really feel like a family with your staff working in your private villa. The beach is only a minute's walk from the hotel and it has a very large and perfect beach. When you return from the beach, you feel like you are coming home. You can have your dinner under the moonlight by a clean pool among palm and banana trees in a quiet and calm hotel. We came to stay at this hotel for one day when we were traveling to another place, but we stayed at this hotel for four days and we will definitely want to stay at this hotel whenever we come here. What we are looking for from a holiday is a peaceful environment, silence, cleanliness, delicious food and this hotel meets all of these. The hotel is on the main street to Alanya. It is very easy to reach the hotel and there is a market 100 meters away, there is even a large Migros market a little further on in walking distance.

The lobby of the hotel looked luxury at the first look. The staff were friendly, even though we arrived earlier than the checkin time, we could get our room earlier (had to wait around 30min, but in the meanwhile we had a coffee and some sweets).
The room was ok, not that luxury as the lobby, I think it isn’t like a 5star hotel room, but it was clean and big enough.
The restaurant had a lot of type of foods and the baked milky rice is great. They have always fresh and nice fruits, several type of cheese, meat, salad, etc. The staff in the restaurant were always extremely friendly (even though they seem to work a lot).
There is a funny “shuttle bus” to the beach which goes very often, but also its very close even by walking.
We always found free sunbeds at the beach.
I think it’s also great that every night they have some show (dance shows, circus, Dr. Alban concert :)), so we were not bored neither in the evening.

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no nightclub at all, so if you are going to that region, you need to stay inside your hotel. the closest area that you can have some dinner or drinks in the evening is 20 kms away (20-25 min. by taxi).

The mini bus was with conditioner.
The mini bus was with conditioner. On our way back the journey was exactly as Booking.com predicted. Though there was one mistakes which we realised only in the airport. The driver brought us into Terminal 1, which was says at Booking.com and we did not checked ourself against the boarding card… so please check on your tickets which Terminal you need to go. Otherwise I am happy that I booked transport via Booking.com - informative, accurate, good value for money. Thanks.

A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels. All the staff were extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. Resort was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A good range of food and drinks were served at all areas to a very high standard. Resort offers numerous activities for all age groups. The pool was spacious and was not crowded during our stay.
In addition, we were most impressed with the hands-on attitude from the top management, led by the General manager and reception team. They were there to insure a pleasant holiday for the clients; most impressive.
All the staff at the restaurant looked after us well, but our especial thanks to Uhmurt Arsland, Ali Kerageld and Kadir for their exceptional attention to our needs. They were truly magnificent. Well done team. An outstanding family holiday resort in Antalya.
This property was amazing for our family. It was very busy but didn’t feel so, the pools were fantastic, at either end of the hotel. Great buffet (probably best buffet restaurant we’ve ever been to), entertainment was fun.
Tui palm garden is a chill and clean hotel with big rooms and friendly stuff. We liked the garden, the pool, the sea. The cleaning is top notch, great staff, friendly folkes, pet friendly.
Amazing Hotel. 10/10. Superb food, plenty of space. Works well for those who have kids, couple or a group of friends who want to party. The concept fits all kind of customers.
