Excellent hotel.! Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Also excellent house keeping staff! Comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Slightly out of the city. Shuttle service to the city would make a lot of difference. Breakfast quality should be a lot better! Especially bread, cheese, butter and vegetables should be better quality in this region anyway. In the restaurant, staff should be trained better, they looked unprofessional. Head of the restaurant wasn’t friendly and helpful, she didn’t welcome any criticism or feedback. I am sure you will improve until my next visit. I can’t wait to come back.

I have been in several hotels in Rize, but this hotel is much better in all respects and for less money. For example, this hotel does not have stairs from the entrance door to the reception, so you don't have to lift your luggage to the reception. Breakfast is more varied. The room itself is larger and the furniture has been more carefully looked after (the renovation cannot be called "new", but at least everything works and looks normally). I will say separately about the staff. A hotel employee went with me to a separate parking lot to help me find it (it is a few minutes' drive from the hotel) - there were no free spaces near the hotel.
