Our stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thanks to Nihat Bey for his warm hospitality, Kerem Bey, the head of operations, for his professionalism, and Mehmet Bey for assisting us with our room. I also want to acknowledge the kind blonde lady who took such great care of our family – her name slips my mind, but her exceptional service will always be remembered.
The hotel itself is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was just outside of town with a gorgeous view of the area. Parking was convenient and the rooms were spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire time. They made sure that my family had everything we needed during our stay. We were worried about traveling with two young girls, but we're able to relax and enjoy our trip because we chose to stay at the Balsoy Mountain Hotel.
