İ stayed in this hotel 12 September and i paid cash on arrival i had another reservation for 23 sep and couldn't cancel it from my account i asked the hotel on 12 September to cancel the other reservation... They had a problem with the system and they gave us 2 keys for 8 rooms ... İ asked to cancel my other reservation They said no problem .... İn 22 Sept they withdraw the money from the credit card and i said to cancel it even on WhatsApp ... They steal the money and stopped replying my WhatsApp and my calls ... İ have all the screenshots and the videos... I cannot trust this hotel anymore.... they only have a nice location ... And you can find a lot of hotels next to it ... İ do not recommend it they are not trusted

The location is perfect to all main historical sites and it is near (5 min.) the tram and bus station (Timurtaspasa). Host's are kind and is willing to help even though he cannot speak any English. I stayed two nights. On my departure day I needed to leave early, and he prepared the breakfast according to my departure time. Facilities are old but it is clean.
