Excellent location with valet parking, very, very comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed, good pillows, top-notch, professional staff, and everything you would expect from a five star hotel in town. Restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty. The room was very quiet, and we were upgraded to the top floor, which had amazing views. It was a lovely stay.

This hotel is in a restored historic building in Kayseri. Very good location near shops and restaurants. The only thing missing, they do not have elevators in this hotel. A struggle to carry luggage up several flights of stairs.
