The breakfast was typically Turkish and delicious. Only 250m from the beach and the main part of Gumusluk. Serkhan the host was amazing.

Staff were amazing and property was stunning. The fragrance of jasmines wafting throughout the property was sublime. The proximity of the hotel to the beach was also perfect- easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. And having the option of swimming in the pool on the property was handy. In the evenings the resort was quiet but music and conversations from the surrounding restaurants and bars made you feel like you were in the action, even if you didn’t choose to leave.

Having a pool and the ocean was amazing. Didn’t like the fact we got yelled at for eating snacks when we were down at the ocean swimming. We also got charged for towel rental when we thought it was just part of the stay. There’s a convenient elevator to get down to the beach and back up to the pool area. Place is basic but great for the value. I would
Definitely consider renting a car unless you’re planning on staying at the resort only as it’s far from town.

Nothing as such to describe, do not go on reviews of this hotel. Its just some refurbished building. You can see passer by on the road from your room. Very basic hotel.

The area is beautiful and seems to have a lot of Turkish holidaymakers. The beach is lovely and the restaurants were really good. Do not stay at Vega Hotel, it was very poor.
Our favourite breakfast place was Liman Restaurant. We couldn't get in for dinner as it was booked up for 6 weeks ahead. I would definitely go back, just stay somewhere that wasn't falling apart.

Exceptionally beautiful, unspoiled location.
Exceptionally beautiful, unspoiled location. Rustic, shabby chic would be how I'd sum it up. Very relaxing to be on the beach all day and just watch the sea and the boats come in and out. We tried several cafes and restaurants - some are cheap, some expensive and if you want wine, you shouldn't be paying more than 140 YTL for a bottle of Turkish wine - some places try it on so see the list first! Seafood choices wonderful. I loved the way some of the restaurants were into photo styling with all the flowers, lanterns etc. There are several walks around the harbour, up the hill and in the country lanes but you need decent footwear for that. It's easy to get around and there are always taxis and the Dolmus cost us 6.50 YTL all the way into Bodrum (45 mins) well worth the journey to see the market and castle. There was kayaking, windsurfing and swimming too. Incredible sunsets.

Beautiful little town and some lovely restaurants on the waterfront. You would need to explore a little bit but the weather was amazing and a 5 day stay felt like 3 weeks.
I highly recommend hiring a car to explore the area and get on a daily boat cruise - you will not be disappointed with the friendly crew and gorgeous blue water.
very attractive setting..great sea views..room quality very good..room price very acceptable..morning breakfast offering outstanding..due to personal medical problem, climbing stairs and walk up from sea front facilities difficult..seaside views, dining options very good..fine climate..good service! good value! bus from bodrum easy trip! the dining offerings too numerous for time available..very subdued activities from bodrum.
A little apprehensive after reading so many mixed reviews but have to say seem to be unfounded or have been attended to.
The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
2 swimming pools, layout spread over several levels thru hillside, lovely views, tasty food good value for money.
Access to beach area few mins away via hotel bus every hour but can be walked. Beds and umbrellas on grassed area, pontoon and jetty.
