From the moment we arrived, Polat was incredibly responsive, handling every detail with grace—from booking beach clubs to securing reservations at the best restaurants in town. His local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations added a personal touch that made our trip feel truly special, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Polat’s dedication to his role shines through in every interaction, not only with us but with the entire hotel team. His hospitable nature and genuine enthusiasm for making guests feel welcome were evident throughout our stay. It's clear he takes immense pride in his work, going above and beyond to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. His rapport with the rest of the staff was equally impressive, fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere that only enhanced the overall charm of the hotel. The property itself is a masterpiece, newly opened in 2024, and every detail has been carefully curated. The design is modern yet inviting, with a stunning blend of elegance and comfort. The breakfast alone is worth mentioning—a delightful spread that satisfies every palate. The pool deck, complete with luxurious cabanas, is an oasis in itself, but the real showstopper is the mesmerizing turquoise-blue water of the bay. It's a view that never gets old and creates the perfect backdrop for both relaxation and adventure. Location-wise, Mavi Suites is perfectly situated, with easy access to the best restaurants, clubs, and beach clubs in the area. The proximity to these hotspots, combined with the tranquil beauty of the bay, makes it the ideal destination for anyone looking to experience the best of both worlds.

The staff were extremely polite, professional and fast. It is a small hotel so they go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Breakfast is exceptional. Sea views are amazing. The lobby and beach strip are so relaxing in the evening. Sea Water is clean. It’s perfect if you want to relax.

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful to spend your holiday in Flamm. We stayed at the old stone cottage whose door and windows open directly to the sea. We greeted the mornings with gentle sea wave sounds. We swam with fish the water is very clean. Staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and gentle. They love their job! Food was amazing. I will miss dining there.

Facilities were great, the water and breach area were really nice, rooms were large and modern with nice showers and a comfortable bed. Staff was nice, but hospitality wasn't at the level I've experienced when staying at similar hotels (with similar or better prices). Breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at Elista and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed.

The hotel management was very respectful, especially Mr. Berk, Mr. Bora and Mrs. Ayten. The location is very nice, the food was delicious. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Bodrum next time.
