Very close to the IST airport (9 to 10 minutes by car), located in rural zone and close to the road (so don’t get scared about the road to arrive the place if you arrive at night like us). We arrive at late night and the host was expecting for us. New installation, clean and perfect for one night stay between flights. The host is super friendly and will setup the transportation to the airport (taxi or private transportation). I would definitely stay again.

This is probably the best hotel on the Black Sea side in Istanbul. We stayed here for the third time and were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. As an additional bonus, the room had a warm blanket, which is never found in American hotels. Breakfast also exceeded our expectations.

Still not sure if it is Booking.com or the hotel's error ... WHY if you agree 'pay later' does the hotel try to block the card ... did this the last time we booked ... Also WHY did they try to charge us for a second day, still on first day, when we had only booked for one night ? They denied it, but I had frozen the travel card and saw they tried

It was my second stay at the same hotel.
It was my second stay at the same hotel. I believe it is the best option for travellers who need a break for a couple of days in between the flights. Only 10 min drive from the airport by taxi (10€). The staff is helpful and friendly, great value, nice restaurant, big rooms, beautiful quiet area around, very nice pool. Will stay there again when travelling via Istanbul.

The territory of hotel is charming, the view is fantastic.
The bathroom could be better (only shower and a bit dark) but totally fine for the price.

I moved out of the hotel after two days because the war...
I moved out of the hotel after two days because the war started in Ukraine and I had to leave. I took a taxi to the Bulgarian border, then to Romania to meet my wife.
I paid for two weeks, and even though the hotel knew why I had to leave, they did not refund ANY of my money. Complete and utter travesty.

Beautifully picturesque setting surrounded by nature, very peacefully. Staff very friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. It’s very affordable especially for long layovers and it’s close to the airport and breakfast is included.

Very peaceful and scenic setting with friendly/helpful staff, good accommodations, great value, and most convenient location with respect to the new airport. Just be aware that this is a rural location...there doesn't really appear to be anything else around in terms of commerce. Perfect for an overnight layover, and probably for a slightly longer getaway if given the opportunity.
