The location and beach were the highlights of our stay. The area is pleasantly quiet, with few tourists, which made for a very relaxing experience. The hotel's proximity to Kas (just an hour away) was one of the main reasons we chose this location, and it didn’t disappoint.
While the food options were somewhat limited, what was available was decent, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Our room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout. We also appreciated that we weren't aggressively marketed to for additional products or services, which added to the overall peaceful atmosphere.
The reception staff were friendly and responsive to our requests—thank you for making our stay pleasant in this regard. However, despite being advertised as an "all-inclusive" 5-star facility, we noticed several restrictions and limitations that detracted from the experience we were expecting.

Very friendly service - Adnan is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He helped us with almost everything that we needed: boat trip, rent a car, advises about what to see and even with romantic sea side dinner. Clean rooms, quiet.

We stayed in a basic but very cozy wooden bungalow at the seaside for one week. The house is spacious (two bedrooms) and has everything you need for a relaxed holiday, including AC in the bedrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Nearest beach is just across the road from the house. It is possible to buy all the groceries in the city center, but one needs a car or taxi to get there.
We visited historic sites in Demre and also took a very enjoyable half-day boat trip from Andriake. There are many nice beaches around.

Demre has a lot to offer for such a small, not-as-touristy...
Demre has a lot to offer for such a small, not-as-touristy town compared to all the other more touristy towns nearby. Myra ancient city and St. Nicholaus Church are must-see, we also really liked the Sülüklü beach, we had the whole beach to ourselves when we went there!
If you are up for some loneliess or tired of ruble and noize - this plase is the rightest choice for you.
10 mins aways from the city by car. 1 min away from the beach with noone there.

The guy (manager I assume) gave us a lift to the busstation and helped to catch the bus which almost left already by then.
I was worried about this place when I read the reviews but in fact it was totally fine. The room is spatious, clean, the shower didn't go super hot, but worked well, the location is outright excellent. The breakfast spread maybe doesn't look as varied as some other hotels, but what they have on is all very decent quality, you can certainly have pleasant and filling breakfasts here. Room is quiet, air con works, I can recommend the place.
I stayed with my parents in this apartment for a week. It was very convenient and spacious for three people to share. The host Emre is a very pleasant and helpful person, and we enjoyed our exchanged during our stay.
The apartment/building is a walk from the beach.

Very good value for money in Demre if you have a car! No problems with one-night accommodation. We have visited Myra from it, but haven't tried beaches around. We did not use rich kitchen equipment.
