The location is right next to the beach. There is no sandy beach but the sea is sandy. The hotel provides sun beds and umbrella for free. It is not much crowded. The sea can be mossy but it is clean. Especially early morning is the best time to swim.
The room was huge with a huge balcony with the sea views (Room Ephesus). The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. The bathroom was remodeled and it was very nice. The AC and fridge worked fine.
The bar and the restaurant in the hotel was great. We had great breakfast included in the booking but also we had dinner with was excellent.

variety and quality of food was good. staff were polite and helpful. food-pool-sauna areas were accessible. Waitress Sıla with a beautiful smile in the terrace bar is the best person we meet in the hotel and served us perfection. Turkish night was entertaining and funny.
