I had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

You are asking all these things but give no possibility of actually talking to you to get the problems we had sorted. The hotel you show was nothing like the reality. A wheelchair user could book this hotel and be totally stranded.
Also locally it is used by prostitutes.
