The only issue was when we got there the hotel was not car excessible as it was on the high street and i made a mistake by following google map and it brought our car onto the high street by mistake but the staff was more then helpful to help guide and sort out that issue. They were superb!!!

Bursa is one of the nicest cities in Turkey.
Bursa is one of the nicest cities in Turkey. It’s historical gems, and modernity makes it great to stay. Everything Istanbul offers (except for the Bosphorus of course) Bursa has it. Traffic is OK. People are nice. Great Ulu mosque. And if you want to visit Istanbul: you can take the ferry to centre of Istanbul Besiktas in just an hour.

There is so much to see and do in Bursa.
There is so much to see and do in Bursa. The thermal baths, the cable car up the mountains, the vast amount of tea gardens and just general sights make it a great place to go and visit. Very easy to get about with the taxis, dolmus, trams, buses. So many different places to eat so never stuck for choice Find something different and new everytime we have been. Highly recommend it

Too many good things, Historical sights, great food, friendly people, slight lack of parkings. Been back two times and returning again. Shopping and markets are very nice. In fact the old silk trade was active in this area so you get to shop in historical markets and between historical buildings. very nice.

While visiting Istanbul I decided to check nearby Bursa and I'm glad I did, I liked it more actually. This hotel is quite fancy and has all sorts of amenities that you might want. The room was big and had the most comfortable bed ever. I also used thermal pool and the rooftop restaurant with great view.
This was our second time staying at the 3 bedroom apartment after coming down from Uludag. The hosts were great. The location is great too. Close to local food outlets, grocery stores, bakers and other local shops. Walking distance to Bursa's attractions.
Always use this hotel while traveling to Bursa. It's away from the city rush, but still providing enough entertainment for the evening. Great staff, clean rooms and started to have bufe breakfast
receptionist was friendly and spoke decent English. Location is close to main Bursa city centre. The room was quiet. Good value for the price. room was clean and bathroom also clean.
