The thermal water pools wich are separated into 2 locations for women and 2 locations for men. Specifficaly we were accommodated at the SAROT THERMAL PALACE because the Sarot Park where we had the reservation was closed and we were sent to the SAROT THERMAL PALACE. The apartament is very spacious with a beautiful view , fresh air and quiet. The staff is very kind even if they dont speak english we didnt have any problems to understand each other.

We booked the log cabin which was a mistake because the weather was minus 2 degrees and the cabin not suitable for winter - no central heating or hot water .
However , when the owner Mr Ozer tranfered us out to his hotel rooms - that made a huge different coz the rooms were comfortable and - hot water available and the amenities acceptable .

This hotel was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and large, it was bigger than our house😂No, but it was really large room, plenty of space for our daughter to crawl around. They had cot as well and high chair in the restaurant too. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient, it's not buffet style, you get served at the table. The staff were amazing and they have a private parking too. Highly recommended!
Family owned hotel/appartment hotel, the appartment is equipped with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
I stayed only for 1 night. Very friendly staff helped me out with a flat tire. I could not get it replaced, too tight. Luckily the staaf was hekpfull and together we made it. Also good advice were to go to get the tire fixed. Piecefull area, but Bolu close and some restaurants at walking distance aswell.
