Wonderful location, wonderful host, wonderful breakfast. The owners are kind, friendly and helpful. They are personable and accommodating. They helped us with any questions we had, joked around with us and made sure we were happy and comfortable.
The breakfast was a varied and tasty spread, with me particularly enjoying the sausage slices. We had dinner both nights there as well and the cook, is clearly skilled and passionate.
The "family room" we booked was large, clean and comfortable.
The pool was a delight in the nearly 40° summer heat.

Beautiful little hotel and the host is very nice. Breakfast is an amazing traditional breakfast and the location is a bit hard to get to but worth the very narrow streets. Very close to the Pergamon site too!

Our hosts were lovely and we enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast each morning. The building is older, but well maintained and had some lovely wood detailing.
This stone-built hotel offers panoramic views of Bergama and the Acropolis. The guest rooms are decorated in Anatolian and Mediterranean themes, and named after Greek mythological gods and goddesses.

Cem and his family were warm and welcoming. And those of us who do not speak Turkish, were very grateful for their English. After arrival we had a nice evening on the terrace with Cem making sure that we had all that we needed. Breakfast was good as well!

We stayed near the old town and only used our car to access Pergamon and The Askelpion. There are lots of small restaurants within walking distance in the old town, but be warned, Bergama is a dry city. You will find it challenging to buy alcoholic beverages in stores and restaurants in city limits. Two nights was enough to spend here visiting the sites and seeing the town.

This is an interesting town with a great history to learn.
This is an interesting town with a great history to learn. The old town is walkable and easy to get around. The ruins are fascinating but not as extensive as Ephesus. It doesn’t feel like a tourist town and we didn’t ever feel ripped off in any venue

Bergama is one of the Stops that I did for the Bike tour in Izmir. Pergamum Acropolis is the main highlight of the area and worth the visit.
The town is quite quaint and was a refreshing change from the city where I came from.
I was travelling on a bike - so getting around town is quite easy enough, walking through town was also pleasant.
Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes - as the city is on cobbles and quite hilly.
Across from the Bergama Museum - there is a nice outdoor Beer Garden where one can have some kebabs and beer.

It is a must seen site.
It is a must seen site. Both Akropol and Asklepion are one of the best in ancient history.
Lovely landscape and rich history. Please do not expect night life here. Todays Bergama town might be a little difficult to drive around, cause it has narrow, one way streets like in Spain, but GPS works really well. It is safe for solo travelers too.
Very friendly staff, always helpful telling about the area, sightseeing, where to go, where to eat etc.
Hotel was very calm, silent and in an excellent location, close to all temples and touristic areas.
We felt very safe, comfortable. We have two small children, they enjoyed the pool area and the garden of the hotel.
The staff were very kind, they even woke around 4am to let us out..
Good breakfast. Good environment for breakfast with friendly staff. The location is close to the cable car station. We walked there without difficulty though it is too expensive for us to take. It is good to call taxi to the Pergamon Ancient City as it is close from the hotel.
The owner of the hotel was super useful. He speaks English fluently and gave us good advice. He even picked us up from the bus stop and then drove us to the Asclepion.
