Staff overall are very nice and sweet (except Mustafa bey at the restaurant). Clean rooms, well taken care of facility with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Nice water access, and beach bar is very good as well (pizzas at the beach bar are really good).

The Assos Behram Hotel always had a member of staff with a good level of English - something which is not guaranteed even in bigger cities. Its location is beautiful even out of season (we were there in very late November). The weather and sea were beautiful. The food extremely good. The people wonderful. Our every need was met. The ancient city of Assos is really well preserved, we ended up spending 2.5 hours going through the ruins. You can get to the very top by car (4 wheel drive is recommended). The beach is small but very clean. Fishing tours.

The crisp clean seawater was great.... the small pebble beach not so great and the lack of English speaking staff was inconvenient although the clean and neat resort was very relaxing. If you do end up in this neck of the woods I would suggest renting a car to visit the neighboring villages and ancient sites .
This was simply the best hotel that we have stayed in, in over 100 days of touring Europe and Asia!
If I could rate it higher I would.
Amazing situation in assos in the old town over looking the valley and a short walk from the temple of Athena - forget Troy this is far better

Clean and modest accommodation with a great location. Good value for the money. We have stayed as 2 families and enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was included and fair for the price. Located 1 min walk away from the lovely beach you can enjoy. This is not a luxury hotel so have realistic expectations of the service but we had nothing to complain.
The hotel is beautifully situated on a peaceful harbour , the rooms are lovely ,light , spacious and mine had lovely sea views . Downstairs is a restaurant for an ample breakfast and delicious 😋 food any other time of day . All the staff were a delight , kind and attentive.
It was a great experience to stay at Assos Eden Gardens Hotel. The sea is very opaque and clean. The room is pretty good and clean as well. Breakfast was okay. The location of the place was the best with an amazing view. Peaceful and calm place to rest.
