It is a newly built neighbourhood.
It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry!
I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
