Spa zone staff was very helpful and proffesional. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Some of the staff did try to be helpful even without proper english. But still not "5*" hotel.

Absolutely exceptional hotel just a short distance from Sabiha Gokcen airport - the taxi journey cost me just a few pounds. Would thoroughly recommend this if you're transiting through this airport. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this hotel for the price I paid - probably the best value I've ever had in a hotel room. Huge, brand new, extremely clean room with an enormous comfortable bed. Lovely modern bathroom. Sweet little treat upon arrival. Very good wifi and air conditioning. Big spread for breakfast, and the staff were absolutely delightful. There's also a nice selection of chairs in the reception where you can sit and do work etc. I wished I wasn't just transiting through Istanbul as I'd have been happy to stay for longer!

The hotel is a close distance to the Sabiha Airport and Tax Service from the hotel to the Airport was exceptional. It cost only 120 Turkish Lira. Same Trip cost me 700 Lira at previous night to come to the hotel.
I Think they are tourist friendly Hotel i can say. Staff can communicate with you in English.

Location close to İçmeler marmaray station. I've booked HB. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. Room and Spa facilities clean and tidy. Overall I'm happy. Planning to book another week in next 6 months. Highly recommend.
