Everything it was sooo beautiful and peaceful.I would recommend this place for a calm and fruitful stay for anyone looking for a beautiful stay. The owner of the property who is the receptionist and his wife were so Caring and soo helpful people that we felt like family and at home. He helped me for everything including booking of activities. The room was perfect with big jacuzzi and almost all facilities provided. I will only book this hotel incase we planning any other visit to cappadocia.The breakfast from Owners wife was like 5star category.

The owners are a mother and son, they are the most kindful people I have met. They welcomed me with a smile, and sent me with a smile and a souvenir. The son makes pottery and is very good at it. His mother was always smiling and was extremely kind, I would defenitely go again there. 10 min from the place there is a place to watch the baloons to take off, unfortunatelly when I was there balloons were not flying.
15 min walk you can find nice restaurant as well as make a good walk next to the river.
There is parking right in front of your room, and is very safe, I parked my motorcycle in front of my room.

The extraordinary kindness of the two women (sisters, perhaps?) who manage this boutique hotel stands out above all else in any recollection of our "cave" hotel. My wife's inability to climb stairs resulted in immediate calls on our arrival to other guests to relocate us to the single ground-floor room at the moment. They likewise brought her breakfast, and looked out for her every need in the midst of a bustling morning buffet.
During the three days we spent at Avanos, the town closed off vehicle access to the hotel in order to repave the central street, but the owners did everything they could to find us ways around the blockade.
Although the property is in the process of converting an old stone building into a modern hotel, the completed rooms are well-lit and spacious, with high, vaulted ceilings, king-size beds, a massive couch nearly as wide as the room, and a full bathroom with an excellent shower. The breakfast room down below the main building also has a number of extra tables set out beneath the trees; the garden leading to the river also opens onto a river walk that brings a wheelchair visitor to nearby restaurants.
After touring the underground cave cities and "fairy chimneys" of Cappadocia, we would sit in the garden, savouring a beer at the end of the day, and clicking through our growing album of photos. Anticipating our every need, our hosts were always quick to bring an ash tray for my wife, to lay out a tablecloth, and to offer plates of fruit and cheese to the rest of our party.

We have enjoyed our stay. The suite is tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good and nice to have a complete homemade turkish breakfast everyday. Avanos was a great base for us to explore cappadocia, especially when you have a car - less traffic and with everything we need within walking distance (from good restaurants, cafe, supermarkets, atm, bakery to turkish ice cream). We booked the room very last minute due to unforeseeable circumstances and she was available to let us check in within 15min.

The town is very beautiful and traditional. Most people speak very little English and most restaurants do not have menus in English. I personally love this and it was so nice to stay here for a few days and experience authentic Turkish culture. There is a beautiful river and an old town that comes alive at nighttime. It’s so much less touristy than Goreme and I would recommend for people wanting to avoid the crowds. So many pottery’s around and beautiful handmade items. I would have liked to explore the area more but it was a 40° heatwave so hiking was off the list.

Prob not as busy or touristy as the other options in Kapadocia. but still easy to get to the other towns to see all the historic sites etc. beautiful river flowing thru the middle of town, with all these lovely geese, ducks, water birds. lovely to stroll around - up little pathways, hidden coffee shops, Pottery shops and restos and quick food places - depending on your budget. I cannot wait to get back here. we stayed 3 days, need at least a week.

Avanos is perfectly located for exploring many of Cappadacia's most spectacular sites, and feels like an authentic town instead of tourist trap. We spent 4 nights there and 3 full days exploring by car, and these are some of our favorite places (all reachable within 15-20min drive): 1/Zelve Open Air Museum, 2/ Pasabag Valley, 3/ Love Valley, 4/ Ortahisar Castle, 5/Uchisar Castle...
Boutique hotels, like Haci Asik Konagi, are wonderful places and well worth the money. The new BigShefs restaurant on the river was our favorite place for dinner. Avanos also is the place where you find the Chez Galip pottery store/workshop. Cappadocia is famous for its pottery, but what we saw at Chez Galip is in a class of its own. (Another such store is Yastik’s in Goreme, where we found unique pillow cushions from authentic vintage materials).

Avanos is super close by to all the highlights of Capadoccia, the city at the edge of the mountains is guarded by Turkey's longest river and is an amazing option to stay at while exploring the landscapes and hitching a ride on one of the hot air balloons!

Was the next stay in Turkey, the staff was so sweet and I have never seen someone so nice and kind, she gave us everything, the room was the best, breakfast was amazing, He helped us with hot air balloons and the red tours, was the best ever stay of my entire life, so comfortable and the hotel is so gorgeous, every corner is photogenic, do not miss the view of the hot air balloons from the terrace in the morning.
Adanos Konuk Evi is a very nice and cosy place. The rooms are big, tidy and very comfortable. There is a small yard in front of every room. The breakfast is excellent. Nazlı is friendly, helpful and such a great host. The perfect place to explore Cappadocia. The old town of Avanos is just 10 min walk. We were second time at Nalzlı's place and will come for sure again.
The best hotel in Cappadocia! The owner welcomed us nicely and always talked to us friendly during our stay. This hotel is quite new and our room was super cute. The hot bathtub was our favourite after the trip everyday. Great breakfast too. Also the hot air balloon tour they provided us was great. We loved here and definitely recommend this hotel! Arigato gozaimasu☺️
