the very friendly staff , the helped a lot with what ever we need , Mr Mehmet at reception was the hero when he arrange with taxi service for forgotten phone and manage to return it back with just 1 hour and he upgraded us for free, the other team was so nice as well and very welcoming , location is great and surrounded with choices of shops , restaurants and cafes.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is enough space. Most rooms had a nice view from balcony where you can eat and relax. There is kitchen that can be used for cooking. The refrigerator is big with freezer. I like to cook by my own so I enjoyed.

We did ot go to Akyarlar we stayed in the resort the whole stay. im not sure if there were excursions to Akyarlar or not as there were no brochures or information given to us in the lobby or by the concierge or in our rooms, including not of their own watersport club which we by default came across and made use of this wonderful facility. even though our stay was short and we probably wouldnt have decided on outside excursion, it wouldve been nice to know what was on offer. i found it strange the hotel themselves didn't give us information on their boating set up when we asked, and instead sent us information on an outsourced boat which was completely different from our request. fortunately the lady in charge of their boating club was on the pool deck one day when we were there and she had some brochures she was showing guests. we otherwise wouldve been none the wiser
A very nice stay at Sentido hotel. Very kind staff, excellent room service, outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner and Breathtaking view and nice beach area!
Some suggestions about improving the concept.
Arrange a barbecue once a week at the beach insted of a la carte dinner on a windy balcony.
Extend the information in english at the hotel concerning what’s included, how you take the bus to Bodrum, excutcions, laundry and other ”nice to know” or FAQ
If there is a theme for the night, why not make more focus on it.
Very nice Hotel ,, Friendly for Kids and families , we stayed for 5 days and didn't face any major issue , the food was pretty good , Pool is great , the beach and activities are good although its a bit expensive .
over all the kids loved it, and we enjoyed our stay.
