Location. A short walk to the seafront. Bus stop right outside. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of places to sit in and outside. Excellent breakfast, particularly liked the homemade jams.

Breakfast was amazing and rooms were lovely. As a solo traveller I find you can get put in a lesser room, but this is not the case, or if it was, it was still fantastic . Spacious, light, very comfortable bed and plenty of room.
There was a well spec gym, an art studio and a deli on site. There was varied seating around the pool and plenty of it.
The whole environment was very calming and tranquil, lots of plants and spacious walk ways. I would go back in a heart beat!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's right on the beach and close to the nightlife but far enough away for it not to disturb you. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly.
