First and foremost, the professional lovely staff. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They were patient in responding to our room concerns and went way out of their way to help us with illness, medicine, queries, and so much more. Khawla, Anis, Kenza, Billlel, Maher and many more.... the staff are simply the best part of staying here and what we remember. There are resorts with beautiful locations and rooms all over the world, but staff make or break stays..
....and the second best is the view, but only if you make sure you have a sea view facing the pool and sunset. The curve of the resort makes half the fully sea view rooms face a barren field, which was a shock. Some may prefer this, as it affords more privacy and quiet.
