this property is at best a 3* and not a 5* as advertised. It is overrun with loud, rude obnoxious Russians. Loud kids ran riot despite areas for children to play, and the parents couldn't care less that other people had paid good money to stay there their kids were allowed to ruin your time.
Locals also used the hotel and their kids were equally whiney and loud no matter where you went, they were there.
The animation team constantly banged around shouting for you to join one activity or another, with no clue how to read the room, the same as the guy on the beach trying to get people to take a parachute ride or the vendors pacing up and down the sands selling stuff.
No air con just a cold fan, no mini bar as advertised, hard rock very uncomfortable beds, and nothing like the glamourous photos.
The view from my room (218) was that of the side of the adjacent hotel and a road ( not at all attractive and no good complaining as the staff on the desk didn't care. I also didn't get my a la carte dinner as they didn't tell you about it. I had to find out myself and the restaurant wasn't open and all I got was a smirk and "Oh well, next time"
The inc drinks are awful if of course, you could get them, all I wanted was a pina colada which was NEVER available and the excuse was, oh it finished and that was @ 6 pm every night. They want you to purchase the premium alcohol by limiting the all inc that has been paid for
The food to be fair was the hotel's saving grace as it was very varied and ample THE DONUTS are delicious.
The pool was crystal clear, the sun loungers were plentiful
This was my experience and opinion yours may be very different however I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it

It was a beautiful unforgettable days. Thank you Marhaba Place. Thank you to all the workers there. Great reception, clean place, good food and distinctive and varied services. Thank you to the animation and games workers. I cannot forget to mention Mr. Hatem at the reception and Mr. Nizar as well. Whenever I have a visit to Tunisia, my main place will definitely be at Marhaba Place.
