The town, and actually the entire Cap Bon peninsula, is very littered. In contrast, the large courtyard of the property, including the beach area, is clean and tidy.
The interior of the main building is spacious, with comfortable furniture in the lobby. There is no sign of interior design efforts, but at the same time, there's a kinda shabby elegance.
Our accommodation was in a separate small apartment: with one room with twin beds, one room with a double bed, and a living room with an upholstered corner seating area. The mattress was comfortable. The living room also had a fridge and sat TV. As we were in winter we also needed heating: this was provided by air conditioning and an oil radiator.
The bathroom is spacious with hot water. Towels have been provided.
The bar had cool Tunisian beer and wine.

This stay was like finding a home away from home, a truly unique experience when traveling abroad. The host was fantastic—always smiling, warm, and incredibly attentive all our needs and every detail. They not only helped us plan our trip but also arranged a once-in-a-lifetime desert excursion with trusted local partners. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and authenticity, making it a one-stop shop for discovering Tunisia.
The food was exceptional—fresh, organic, and rivaling even the finest hotels. And the house? It’s a work of art! The interior design is breathtaking, reminiscent of a Grand Palace. We spent hours just soaking in the history, style, and craftsmanship.
Located away from the tourist crowds but still convenient for exploring, it’s close to a serene beach, offering the perfect balance of peace and adventure. If you want to feel at home while experiencing the best of Tunis, this is the place to stay!
