Authentic place in the middle of resorts - lovely local architecture and design including paintings and artworks by local artists as decoration. Very nice gardens and swimming pool/outdoor area. Good restaurant serving also alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was also good with a wide choice of food (fresh and dried fruits, pastries, cakes, cereals, yogurt, cheese, ham, bread, vegetables, and freshly cooked yummy omelettes and crepes). Great staff and excellent daily room service. Extremely clean. The double room was actually a 70 square meters apartment with kitchen, patio and small garden. Good wifi both in the apartments and in the common areas including swimming pool. Guarded, big private parking. The beach (amazing!) is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed for 9 days and was just great. Ideal also for remote working. Excellent value for money. Shops/minimarket just in front of the hotel. The surroundings feature a lot of hotels but also some restaurants and cafes, also on the beach. It’s a little half an hour drive from the airport of Djerba and a 10 minute drive from Houmt Souk. If you want to explore the island and not just being stuck in your hotel/on the beach, renting a car (at least for a few days) is highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay at Al mizwar hotel
I had a wonderful experience at Al mizwar hotel. The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive 👍. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre, highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were so helpful. The building was beautiful and by the beach. I got a late price with my room upgraded so wonderful. The breakfast was amazing

Everything! Lovely staff, amazing buffets, cocktails and the activities are fantastic. We did darts, yoga, cocktail making class and kettle bell training, so much to do. Aymen was a great instructor. Good weather in January a bonus but if not plenty of indoor entertainment. Evening entertainment also great.

The staff was very friendly, the menu for breakfast and dinner contains a lot of different dishes. Additionally I want to underline very clean and comfortable beach. Comparing with dirty public beaches, it was paradise.

Our room was immaculate, clean swimming pool, pool/beach towels provided with a deposit.
Good breakfast options.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Water in the bathroom was always red hot, fresh towels daily and there was a kettle in the room with sugar and tea bags provided.
Hotel is well situated to explore the island, definitely recommend going to see the crocodiles and the small castle.
Houmpt Souk has a big Sunday market which is great for some bargains.
Food wise, the restaurants aren't awesome, there are no bars for evening drinks, so if that's what you're looking for, good luck.
