Wonderful hotel with several pools and lots of activities. The staff is amazing, and always smiling and helpful. The all inclusive buffet had a high quality and offered lots of different options for every meal. Everything was kept clean and in good order. There were several activities to chose from every day, from kids club, to sports to walking and also excursions.
We loved all of it but the most amazing thing was probably the staff: everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there and took care to smile and talk (even the cleaning staff, something that isn't always the case). Special shout out to the kind lady doing the breakfast eggs that remembered our daughters every morning - they were so happy and proud.
The cute cats that roamed the area was an added bonus - it was so nice to see that they seemed to be taken care of.
