Location is good if you want to be far from the tourist crowd and the congested areas; nice place for watching the sunset, especially from the rooftop. Service was good as well. We liked that it was in a very local quiet area far from the tourist stretch, but you will need to have your own transportation if you want to eat elsewhere and not at the in-house restaurant.

I absolutely loved my stay in this gem! We stayed 4 nights and everything was wonderful - the staff were kind and friendly, food excellent, the architecture and pool areas wonderfully relaxing, and an ideal location in Djerbahood to wander the small village spotting all the murals. If you are looking for something different to a resort stay then this is for you!

Our Stay in Dar Naël was beyond exceptional, The esthetics of the place was really influenced by the old islamic Tunisian architecture which was really mesmerizing. Very conveniently located boutique guesthouse in the heart of Djerbahood. I spent a week here at the beginning of the new covid restrictions and it was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff, Fatima and Ouajidi are so hospitable, friendly, kind, and accommodating. The wifi worked well enough for me to do my job during working hours, the AC consistently works, and the breakfast is simple and good quality. The pool is more refreshing than the ocean even sometimes because the temperature stays lower from less sun exposure during the day. I recommend this hotel to all travelers who are seeking a more intimate experience of Djerba.

Such a cute gem in the heart of Medina. Lovely decor and very nice relaxed atmosphere. Location was excellent, next to cafes, restaurants shops, 15 minutes walk from the Marina and 5 minutes from Bus/ Louage and Taxi station. The staff was excellent, polite and friendly, in particular Nejib, he was ever so nice and helpful with advice and recommendation, I followed all his advice, cannot thank him more!
