I had room for 4 nights. I left with no compensation tbe 2nd day. Entire beach complex is under major renovation. Much better deals in adjacent properties.If you want to use the beach club jusr walk over but dont stay here.

The staff was amazing! Especially after a bad experience in a 4-star hotel, I was amazed by the professional friendly and helpful staff in this hotel (which is a 3-star hotel). The room was clean and easy on the eye, the bed was comfortable. The beach of this hotel is really beautiful. Loved this hotel, would recommended.

Wonderful staff! We were greeter nicely upon arrival. It is unfortunate the time we arrive the pool is being renovated but we were advise earlier. As for the beach its very nice .

The place was fine but they put us in a weird room that was in a separate building and it really smelled like mold the entire stay. The staff was fine frankly quite unfriendly. Location is interesting but not so bad. Overall ok not good

The location was absolutely perfect. It was relatively close to the airport, right on the beach and located on the edge of the main boardwalk of Fisherman's Village. It was the ideal location. The minute you walk out on the street there are dozens of restaurants and shops. Pito was a fabulous host and helped with coordinating transportation to the airport and a tour.
