Nice location at river side, very quite area and nice garden but dry at this time of the year. Host very kind and rooms are very clean good size and a/c is perfect. Swimming Pool clean and good size.
No breakfast dining drinks available so you have to drive 2-3 km to nearest 7/11 to bring what you need.
But its a nice place so no thumbs down here.

We drove up to visit Wat Prathat Chaiya, and Pum Riang town, had a sumptuous seafood lunch at Pho cape, and explored the long coast towards the north. The beaches are long, beautiful, and undeveloped.
We also visited Ratchaprapa dam. The mountain water scenery is beautiful. A leisurely drive around the area is a pleasure.

We really liked Surat Thani.
We really liked Surat Thani. There is a well maintained waterfront , plenty of shops and restaurants and a really good night market with plenty of food stalls.
We went on a boat trip on a long tail boat on the river and through the canals which was interesting and good value.

Loved this laid back city.
Loved this laid back city. We went on the boat ride (1 hour) through the mangrove area and saw lots of monitor lizards. In the evening it's great to go to the night market and graze on delicious street food. The area next to the night ferry also fills up with food stalls and you can sit there for a meal and a beer and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend staying here for at least a night. It feels like authentic thailand.

Not many good restaurants that we found. People not as friendly as other locations. Ate in the Craft Bistro one night which on first impressions looked awful but the food was really good. Also ate in the Riverside restaurant, slightly more expensive but food good and a band singing nice music. Again, people not overly friendly though.

Organising a taxi at the airport was shambolic - I ended up walking 5km to my hotel because the local taxi drivers did not want to take me as it was relatively close and therefore, not 'worth their while' - Make sure you prebook a bus, taxi, shuttle etc before you arrive.
SO CLEAN!!! Didn’t realise what a difference proper cleaning makes but wow. This place was incredible. It felt so comfortable and was genuinely nicer than any other hotel I’ve stayed in Thailand. Lovely swimming pool that you can use in the evenings which is a huge bonus! Staff were lovely and it felt nice and private. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you!🤗💗
Great hotel near the airport. The hotel is very nicely equipped, the rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you! We will be happy to come back! Everything was great!
The hotel location is right in the heart of Surat's CBD and very close to all relevant essentials, such as the Bus station, Night Market, and Airport Shutter Bus. The hotel room is clean and comfort, but the Air-Con was not so cool.
The hotel is located very conveniently. Close to the main street, where the airport bus also stops. A 7/11 is a 3 minute walk away. You can also book tickets with the hotel to go to the islands or the national park.
The little pool in the middle of the Resort is super cute and relaxing. The massage was the best so far in Thailand!
We were sick and could stay two more nights, even if there was a big event at the hotel.
