Rapala Rock Wood Resort- SHA Plus, hotel in Railay Beach

Rapala Rock Wood Resort- SHA Plus offers feel-like-home accommodations. Free WiFi is accessible throughout.

The terrace above our room was a great place to chill and enjoy a view of the mountain and diamond cave. The sitting area by the lobby was amazing to have breakfast/dinner in, with a great view of the water (and a great big tree where monkeys sometimes hang out). The cart system to pull the bags up to the resort was fun and a big help! Easy to have laundry done nextdoor with 24 hour turnaround.

Railay Phutawan Resort, hotel in Railay Beach

Railay Phutawan Resort is located along Railay Beach in Krabi, surrounded by green mountains and the beautiful Andaman Sea. This tropical getaway enjoys easy access to the nearby islands.

The room was spacious and felt luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the bathroom had good ventilation and plenty of hot water. Loved the balcony mostly for the view of the surrounding cliffs and the partial sea view. The welcome was lovely with the butterfly pea drinks at reception and the additional drinks and cookies in the room. It felt very safe to keep our luggage there (was given luggage tag, and they were stored in a locked room) until we could check into our room. The pool was fantastic with a great view. The pool showers and amenities were lovely.

We had an amazing time at Rayavadee. The staff truly go above and beyond. We arrived earlier than expected for check in and the staff made us feel welcomed in the property. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary champagne. Out stay was wonderful and hope to return again one day.

Such a lovely place. The pool and the beach are just stunning, the cottage itself was super spacious, clean and nice. The reception staff were so attentive and lovely - they even decorated the room for our anniversary. The rest of the staff was lovely too - very friendly and polite. Breakfast food had a variety of options to choose from and super delicious. We would highly recommend staying here.

Sand Sea Resort Railay Beach, hotel in Railay Beach

Located along Krabi’s Railey West Beach, Sand Sea Resort Railay Beach features rooms with a private balcony. It showcases an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

Absolutely perfect from arrival to departure. The staff are impeccable and eager to constantly go above and beyond. Location is situated on both Railay East and West, with 3 pools to choose from. Tip: When you arrive on East Railay floating pier, go left at the end of the pier. The reception desk is right there. I didn't realize and walked all the way around and had to carry my luggage across the beach before realizing I was at the opposite end of the resort from the reception desk. Google maps shows reception on the West side, but it's not. Not the resort's fault.

It’s one of my favorite spots in Thailand after my 4th visit there. Even though it’s much busier than when I first visited in 2001, it still has maintained its charm and beauty and is a very relaxed holiday destination for travelers young and old! Great local food on the walking street, (don’t eat at the beach front hotels), beautiful beaches (prang Nha especially) and lively locals. I just hope they don’t build anymore in there as I feel it’s at capacity before it feels like Phi Phi (commercialized by the west)…..

    Amazing you'll love it.

Amazing you'll love it. It's a great place to relax, rest and recover. The west side beaches are beautiful and there are lots of great and inexpensive restaurants to eat at. There are no cars - wow what a difference that makes! It's small and easy to walk around the whole place in probably an hour. For families with young children the beach is lovely and most of the places to stay have swimming pools with shallow baby bits with balls and things in them.

Great island stay with fantastic sunsets, sunrise on the east is great if you get up and climb early. Fantastic place to balance out some hiking with rock climbing, swimming and snorkelling. Easy to swim in western beach and wonderful sunsets for all along the beach. Easy bars/restaurant street to choose from with fresh seafood a plenty. Lots of accomodation to choose from to suit multiple budgets. Definately a nice spot to stay for a few days- definately ensure you bring hiking shoes to climb and explore the rocks, lagoon and look out.

Railay Beach is a great place to visit for a few days.

Railay Beach is a great place to visit for a few days. Explore the local limestone cliffs and walk the monkey trail to Phra Nang Beach. Limited dining options on walking street, maybe due to the fact that we were almost in monsoon season (low Season). Glad we stayed in Railay for a few days.

West Railay Beach was lovely, but Railay beach as a location is very small, dirty & touristy. I'm glad we went but would definitely say 2 nights is enough. You can walk from one side of Raily to the other in 5 minutes.

Railay West Beach has a lot of atmosphere and it is great for watching the sunset. There are a ton of restaurants along the walking street, so there are many options for food. Unfortunately, there are a lot of longtail boats around Railay West, bringing day visitors back and forth. If you want more of a relaxing beach to swim at, I would suggest taking a short walk to Phra Nang Beach.

The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. The bed was enormous and comfy, I like the configuration of the bathroom (separate shower and toilet), the day bed on the balcony was great. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. On Railay East, which is a little quieter than Railay West. Walking distance to Phra Nang Beach (the nicest of the beaches). Walking Street between Railay East and West is just behind the hotel (3 min walk so you don't get the noise of Walking Street at the hotel).

We had room at the pool and it was a perfect choice. The whole area is beautiful and location is perfect. Good breakfasts on the beach, beach towels, every day cleaning, supplies with water, wonderful pool, good restaurant also for dinner/lunch. We had airport transport provided by the hotel and I highly recommend that. Staff very nice. Rooms are huge and very private. I was positively surprised by everything. And the Railay Beach and other nearby beaches are just stunning.

We absolutely loved the location, the beach is stunning! You can enjoy pretty impresive sunsets here Hotel is great, we stayed in bungalows with private spa - although we never used the spa. The bungalows are spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff is nice. The location might be little tricky if you want to be exploring Krabi as you can access Railay beach on long tail boat only. We stayed here only for 3 days before moving on so we didnt mind.

After 2 nights and having brown water on the third morning we asked for a different room. We were given (and to the staffs credit without any fuss) an alternative bungalow which was bigger, brighter, newer and basically good except it was at the Railay beach east end while the place you wanted to be was the west end. However, as far scoring 200% better.

One of the best and newest hotels in Railay beach area. Pool bar with excellent barman. 10 minutes walk to famous Phra Nang Cave beach. Many bars and restaurants nearby.
