🏠 The room and bathroom were super nice and big, clean and comfortable.
🛵 We wanted to rent a scooter and the owner helped us with that. It was quickly and conveniently brought to the hotel. It was 250B/d and 1.000B deposit.
🚐 We needed transport to Lampang and the owner arranged a taxi to the Phrae Bus Terminal where we could take a minibus to Lampang.

The room was large and well presented. The hotel is very conveniently located and kindly provides bicycles for getting round town. The staff also helped me with arranging travel when needed. The town of Phrae is also a fantastic town to explore - very atmospheric and cultural with relatively few western tourists.

A lovely Northern Thai town.
A lovely Northern Thai town. Full of atmosphere, culture and history. Great food and facilities (including a sports stadium if you wish to run and a well equipped and cheap gym if you wish to work out) - in a town that seems to receive relatively few western travellers.

I loved every minute of being in Phrae.
I loved every minute of being in Phrae. Not only is the town charming and pretty but the whole valley is just a lovely place to be. Relaxed atmosphere, amazing people and some fantastic food to be had if you know the right places to go. It's pretty much essential to have a car, and the roads are on the whole very good. Some really nice drives to be done around the mountains as well as exploring the towns and villages on the valley floor
