I recently stayed at Prima Hotel Pattaya and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in a calm and serene area, just a short walk from the beach, which makes it a great spot for relaxation. However, it is a bit farther from the city centre compared to hotels near Walking Street and Pattaya Beachside, though not too far to be inconvenient.
The surrounding area has a decent selection of restaurants and bars, but the options are limited compared to the bustling nightlife and dining choices available near Walking Street. That said, the available options are reasonably priced and still offer a good experience.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. It is located conveniently to restaurants, mall, supermarket, etc. The view from our room is amazing and it is very clean. The staff sees to its upkeep regularly and they provided superb service. Breakfast was exquisite, lots of options and you get a nice view while eating. We enjoyed lounging at their lovely pool though it can be quite cold especially in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this hotel.

Everything. Had a poolside room. Even though the place was packed and in the town it didn't feel like it. Guests have a habit of claiming their seats by the pool with their towels very early in the morning but still loads of beds for everyone. Pool is nice. Food is good. Breakfast very good. Staff are exceptional. Room maids so polite. Special commendation to the lady on the egg station who was under immense pressure each morning but still smiled thru it all and performed her job to perfection. Great value for money.

We had a truly great stay here. For us an ideal spot: no too close to the noisy and busy center, but still within walking distance. The relatively clean west-facing beach offers great sunsets. Good food and lovely weather!

Firstly could not have picked a better hotel, so central, many restaurants to choose from and they were all very good. A great shopping centre if you like to shop, I prefer to relax on the beach or at the pool.

North Pattaya is a good location with lots of activities for kids with Terminal 21 being a centerpiece of the beach town.
Pattaya is becoming sort of like Las Vegas in a way where the girlie bars and the naughty places are being replaced. Slowly but surely I think in the future. There's more money to be made from families then single guys buying beers and girls. Just like how Vegas shifted in the 80's and 90's in some ways. There huge shopping malls now, shows, and more family oriented style places to go to then say 20 years ago. Its worth a visit and its a beach town not far from Bangkok.

North Pattaya is the slightly posh, cleaner end of this old beach city. It's very quick to the main city area by local "baht bus" (hop in the open back of covered mini trucks) but much quieter away from the crowded entertainment and Walking Street (red light) areas of Central & South Pattaya.

Benn coming here for over 8 years and the sights have changed and everyone is so nice and pleasant, we do have friends who own a bar in Na Klua called 'The Blue Marlin' it is a great bar friendly staff, and very helpful, it is a great place to stay and will definitely go back again soon

I have loved staying in Naklua now for 6 or 7 years, I would still stay in Naklua if I ever go back to pattaya ( which is unlikely) but I would stay in a condo.. the hotels are full of Russian, Chinese and Indian tourists who have very little manners or awareness of other travelers.. The free breakfast was like a scrum.. people screaming and shouting, spitting on the floor.. using their hands to get fruit out of the buffet. I would rent a condo next time

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were big and spacious even though we had a very average room. We walked past a roo. Being cleaned, and it was like a palace from the inside.
They have a shuttle service to the shopping mall and the beach, which is great and helps minimise the spending on taxis and grab cars. Location is not bad but a little far from shops and markers if you want to head out for a stroll.
The beach/pool area is gorgeous. Such a lovely spot, and the service on the beach was good. Breakfast was fantastic and the outdoor deck dining area overlooking the beach was beautiful. The location of the hotel is convenient for transport and short walking distance from 7eleven which was great. The kids indoor area has a cinema, several play areas for different ages all practically located beside the gym.
The hotel is low level and this is unusual in Pattaya. Great location with Terminal 21 mall right opposite and Beach Road within walking distance. Staff really friendly and the complex is spotlessly clean everywhere.
Large room, comfortable bed. Good location at end of beach road. A lot of space around the hotel, with gardens and swimming pools. Club lounge is worth the upgrade.
