Liked how close it was to the night market and the river. The pool was clean and cool, maybe a bit too much chlorine in it though. The attached restaurant served nice cocktails and we had a great fruit and granola bowl for a late breakfast. The corner room with pool view was huge and the bed was big, great for me as I am 1.91m tall. Don’t miss the Tan cafe which served great food and the one section had aircon! We really appreciated the beautiful swans they made out of the towels as a happy birthday decoration for my wife.

The location is just brilliant, a one minute walk to the beach front, a few minutes walk to the night market, and shops, supermarkets, restaurants and more all around.
The room was large in size, modern and very clean. There was a lamp which we liked as not many Thai properties provide lamps. The plugs were modern EU/UK/US combined plugs! Bed was very comfortable and bedding clean. Bathroom was large and modern with decent shower. Two towels and two hand towels provided. Hand soap, shower gel etc provided. Fridge in room very useful.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The best customer service that we’ve had in all of Thailand. We didn’t need our room cleaning as we only stayed 2 nights, but the staff made sure to leave fresh water and toilet roll outside our room. The hotel also offer fresh beach towels for use everyday! They provide 4 bottles of filtered water everyday.

Central location away from the noise and tumult of the coast but which was close enough to visit for the wonderful attractions. Old town still very Thai which we enjoyed. Lots of markets activity but not many restaurants for variety of western foods. If you love cheap street food (both thai and halal) this is the place for you but after a week we searched for something else. We were pleased we stayed there as we love Thailand and its a great example of the "real" Thailand.

The morning market is a must see and the bead museum is very interesting. In the shop, they will make up jewellery to order from locally made beads for very small amounts of money and you will have something that is truly unique.

Really enjoyed the night markets and stalls along the river. All sorts of food cooked in front of you.
Excellent Hallal restaurant around corner from our hotel , clean and well presented food.
Trip on long boat to caves and mangroves worth seeing. Watch who you book with on river.
Only disappointment was the trip we booked from Krabi to Koh Lak.Do not use Yat Hai Tour vans.!
Very dangerous driving, tailgating other cars. Then passed in area of very tight corners. Nearly a head on crash. Also tried to charge twice to be delivered to hotel .Other traveller's have found the same with this company.

Make sure you book near market as you can book Krabi town but requires taxi to centre.
Easy to get taxi tuk tuk and places to book tours and buses easy.

Not too busy but also not too quiet place, just right for me. A lot of food places to check with few markets around the center. Found an excellent Muay Thai gym - KMax which is just 20 minutes walk from the city center which made the stay even better.

We used this hotel as a one night stopover before our flight home. It's situated about 30 ins from Krabi airport. The location is very good near the river in Krabi Town and the night market. There are also a number of bars nearby.
The room was clean and of a good standard. The staff were very helpful drawing us a local map of local places to visit when we checked in. Even though we checked out at 0630 a member of staff met us and offered us coffee.
Very clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. River, night market, and vogue shopping centre just about at your doorstep. The breakfast is really good . The staff go the extra mile to help you with your needs. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Krabi town. The 7 eleven is across the road.
