The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion.
One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion. The sand is white and soft. The water is clear and beautiful. There are waves so be careful sometimes when it becomes rough. There's no rocks in the water so it is pleasant to swim.
One big no no for me and many other women and men is that the people that come to the beach dress very indecent and it's very embarrassing to see grown adults dressing so badly. They should not even be wearing clothes at this rate. I know their culture is like that but it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Noone will be walking around showing off their diamonds in public. Just a thought.

Worried over number of years this area is going to get over developed and the wrong type of area. I can see this being phukets Pattaya
And possibly drive families to another region.

Quiet part of Thailand, staff extremely nice and helpful, food is good but not exciting, restaurants across the road nice, especially the indian one, which has thai food also. Beach is good, lovely shopping centre not far for restaurants and groceries. If you just want to relax by a quiet ocean and enjoy a pool this is a lovely hotel, especially since the staff are so helpful and nice. Also they have massage at street prices, which where really great. If you want to party this is not your town or hotel.

Unfortunately, the Wings Phuket Villas where we stayed, was quite far (may be about 4 Kms) from the Bang Tao Beach, hence we did not visit Bang Tao Beach.
Next time we will select a good and comfortable Hotel with a good Restaurant, as close to a good and popular Beach as possible. Our visit taught us that the best and most popular Beaches in Phuket are Karon, Patong and Kamala Beaches. Reportedly, the only good thing about the Bang Tao Beach is that it is a bit closer to the Airport.

Beautiful beach but something needs to be done about the endless rubbish. Please resorts and owners and the government respect what an amazing place Thailand is and help clean up the rubbish and beaches. We only have one world!

It was the most perfect start for us, the hotel is located straight behind the 7 Eleven. You ve got everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. You just cross the Street and you are already on the beach. In the morning you can enjoy a beautiful swim. Our son really loved the pool. The garden is beautiful around, you can see so many beautiful butterflys and other animals. We were really sad to leave and we will come back if we choose again phuket like a destination. It was just great for us as a young family.
The location is just perfect ! Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The swimmingpool is incredible!!!! The beach is very long and secure, you can walk long way!
The breakfast is the best we had in Thailand during our stays, large choice and the bread is fresh and delicious!
The hotel is beautifull and surrounded by nature. The sea view of the room is fantastic and the room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children! This is a big advantage.
There are one or two major problems with the resort (see below). That said, there’s also a lot to like:
- lovely staff; truly 5-star service
- brand new
- stylish, White Lotus vibes
- the tents are high quality - heavy canvas and leather detailing; shower and toilet are hotel spec
- well located for beach bars (fancy and casual)
If this resort was located in the quiet of the hills, it could be an 8/9 out of ten.
Beachfront location. The staff, without exception, were lovely. Our room entitled us to a free cocktail hour every evening and the girls quickly learnt our favourites. Our suite was large and comfortable and spotless. We ate in two of the restaurants and the food was very tasty. There is a free on call shuttle between all the hotels on the Laguna resort.
We had a lovely room overlooking the pools. It was a short stroll only through the resort to the beach and there were other restaurants close by, as an alternative to those in the hotel.
