We loved the soft mattresses and pillows, it was heaven to sleep on. The staff are excellent, very friendly and approachable. The place is very new, very clean and the rooms are big. The beds and furnishing are something we had not seen in a hotel anywhere and look really plush.

Have stayed here a few times now and it's always pleasant. This hotel used to be my go-to when I was staying in that area. During the covid years it fell into disgrace run down or staff poor food. But I was willing to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurants have been renovated and updated the rooms have been renovated and updated absolutely beautiful. And the food offerings dinner buffet was exceptional breakfast was 90% of what it was before covid still needs a little work as many of the items were cold that should have been hot. This hotel is definitely worth a stay

The staff at the Craftsman hotel are delightful and extremely helpful with our suitcases - we had quite a few as it was a Christmas break with lots of family presents
