Great location right on Chaweng Beach. They have loud party music every night, so if that is your thing, you are in the right place. Area just beyond the room is very fun and lively, but lots of traffic builds up at night.
Room was super clean and comfortable. We liked the beds and were impressed with the blackout curtains and AC.

The front desk staff are fantastic - Above average at best facilities but the breakfast is second rate, front desk staff are great but kitchen and wait staff are poorly trained. Not enough sun beds and just generally ok value, there are much much better value premium hotels and samui.
