The keys were left for us in the front door as the cleaner was staying close by to us.
After the cleaner issues, we were quite settled by the second day.
The owner gave us back some money for the inconvenience which was good of him.
Quite peaceful, the dog which was around the property was like a guard dog for us so we treated it like our own.
It kept away other dogs.
I would stay again if assured that it would be cleaned with 'fresh' bedding on.

Very clean n tidy. Thr lady in charge even caters to individual likings of our breakfast. She will only prepare them when we come down so we have hot breakfast. Pork porridge was delicious too!

Stayed in October 2024 and it's one of the best places I've stayed in Thailand over the last 5 years, will absolutely return here. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings with great facilities in the Villa. Host is very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This hotel is amazing- the location is beautifull and the room are huge with a super comfortable soft bed and beautiful bathroom. The pool area is very beautifull and the pool huge and clean (salt and clorine).

Warm welcome, starting from the very friendly security guard and front desk. The room was better and bigger than the pictures. The pool was especially unique. Food in the restaurant was probably the best we had during our 4-day trip in the Khao Yai area, and breakfast was very good, especially considering the relatively small size of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, including pillow menu.
