New hotel, spotlessly clean, great location. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. Room was at the front, didn't really hear any noises from the street, but the bar upstairs was really, really loud until @1 am. Breakfast was served downstairs in the lobby and out front. Choices came in pre-determined sets, no buffet and was ok, you definitely won't get full off of it. Parking is a little tight in the rear of the facility, but good.
