Amazing customer service, Ms bee welcomed us to the hotel and took wonderful care of us. We took a garden view room for 3 nights and a private villa for 2 nights. We enjoyed both.
We felt like family with the team of pullman, Ms bee even sent us some thai fruits.
While a slight misunderstanding happened when we wanted to move to the villa but it was handled perfectly by Ms bee and the manager of the hotel.
The view of the hotel is stunning.
There is a shuttle that can take you to and from the beach every hour.
