This is a unique homestay: everywhere you look there is something to delight the eye, from the beautiful to the quirky to the historical. The owner gave me a private tour of the property's little museum.The location is fantastic - very close to a 7/11 and the night markets, with street food stalls. There's a very pretty little park just opposite. Also nearby are several lovely wats and scores of gorgeous wooden houses. It's an easy 1+km walk from the bus station.
The staff (a family) are great. During my stay, the town actually flooded and the bus station was under water so I had to stay an extra night. The family did everything they could to ensure my stay was as comfortable and safe as possible under the circumstances. They even drove me to the out-of-town bus station when the waters had receded.
Breakfast was great, including real green tea from tea leaves.
