Very close to the hot springs in an area with many trees and peaceful roads to walk. I really love this area. Also close to the river. Ideal if you want to visit the hot springs at sunrise. Hotel is comfy and friendly staff. Not far from restaurants along the main road of Bangkok to Phuket. My room was very spacious and had a balcony.
