Tropical rainforest like around the pool. Free bikes. Across the road from the beach. They would even serve their excellent meals on the beach. And wonderful , obliging ,friendly staff. We were picked up from, and dropped backed to the train. Even supplied with a surprise free lunch for the train ride.

We had a Garden Cottage. Staff is very nice and helpful. Garden cottage (clean !) itself also really nice idea with how the room is designed, nice bathroom with separate shower and bath. Good water streams. Good door lock and proper safety box. Good wifi. It's a nice location at the beach, but far away from other hotels and restaurants.
The visit was to find a new property to stay a couple of times a year, but we are not going to stay here again, see reasoning below.

My Thai wife (she's also a Norwegian citizen) and I (I'm a American 🇺🇸) loved this little resort so much we booked 4 or 5 bungalows for March 28th to March 31 for her relatives from Bkk to join us for 3 days
After spending a romantic 💘 6 nights there we feel comfortable paying for a bunch of bungalows for her relatives to enjoy in 9 days

It was a spacious,super clean place with everything you need...
It was a spacious,super clean place with everything you need supplied and catered for. Just a short walk to the beach which was empty and stretching for miles with beautiful soft sand. We were given precise instructions of how to find it and how to gain access. There is a small but well kept garden to sit out in with a coffee or tea. Simply fabulous place and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Pleasant enough area tho a little run down. Beaches typical of this coast, coarse sand, cloudy sea and concessions along oarts of the seafront. Food stalls, small suermarkets and restaurants provided all that is needed.

Nice quiet beach!
Nice quiet beach! The road going along it was small and not many cars. The beach was super clean and blue. No boats or jet skis in the water so can swim safely and just made the beach more quiet and relaxing. Best beach I’ve been to so far!
Not many places to eat at and no shopping in the evenings so if you are looking for some nightlife not the best place to go but if you like quiet I crowded beaches they this place is for you!

This is a great little village with plenty of places to eat, stores for all you basic necessities, and great relaxed beach environment. You can get around easily by scooter and many accomodations are within walking distance of the main area of the town. We really liked JJ Burgers- nice breakfast and burgers, Chef Pat Steak Restaurant, Kasama Pizza and the Khang Ban Coffee (amazing desserts!). The weekend market is fun and the beach is great. Very low key place to relax and take it easy. A great place to stay is Suan Ban Krut Beach Resort! Great location and customer service.
The whole place is wonderful. Location directly at the beach. Very clean everywhere - beach and all hotel. It is quite and perfect to relax. The house is very nice and large.

Nice bungalows with covered patios, nicely cared for yard, generous and kind host family. Ban Krut is a small village, and Wander Resort is a great place to get that quiet village feel.
