Firstly, this was the best Western Food restaurant I've eaten at in Thailand. All dishes were much better than expected. The rooms were good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fine, the gym was great, the breakfast was superb and the Onsen experience was just a bonus. The staff here were very responsive to all requests and spoke excellent English. It is difficult to fault our experience here.

Friendly and fun staff. Simple, clean and comfortable room-- well laid out. Security seemed quite good. Close to a Big C for supplies. Towels had little labels so you could see what year they were put into service. Everything seemed quite new.
Also allowed me to keep my bike in the room, much appreciated.
