The front desk staff are fantastic - Above average at best facilities but the breakfast is second rate, front desk staff are great but kitchen and wait staff are poorly trained. Not enough sun beds and just generally ok value, there are much much better value premium hotels and samui.

Great buffet breakfast! We stayed for 7 nights and the breakfast had a great variety of foods, all you can eat.
Pool was large, very clean and cool refreshing water with comfortable lounge chairs, plenty of sun and shade and a nice bar area.
